"content_text": "A video model makes a few seconds at a time. If you want a minute, you need a way to join many of those seconds so that the join does not show. AI Vids has one simple rule for it.\nThe rule\nEach clip starts on the last frame of the clip before it. The first clip starts on a picture of your own, or from words alone. When it is made, its last frame becomes the first frame of the next clip, and so on until the video is as long as you asked. Then the clips are stitched into one file.\nWhat it gives you\nContinuity of the picture: the next clip begins exactly where the last one ended, so there is no jump in colour, framing or position at the join. That is what lets a video run for minutes without a visible seam.\nWhat it does not give you\nA story. The chain keeps the picture continuous, but what each clip shows is decided by its prompt and the model. A chain of clips with prompts that do not belong together will be continuous and confusing. Write each clip's prompt as the next beat of the same scene, and use a cut when you want to start fresh.\nCuts and end pictures\nA cut starts a clip fresh instead of on the clip before, for when you want a new scene. You can end a clip on a picture where the model allows it, so a clip lands exactly where you want, and the next one starts there.\nWith the Previews\nToday's default models are Previews that paint clips in your browser. They honour your start and end pictures exactly, because frame 0 is your picture and the last frame is your end picture. They are a good place to learn the chain, and the clips are simulated.\nWith real models\nA real model makes less predictable clips, and the last frame may not be where you hoped. The timeline lets you remake one clip with a new seed without touching the others.\nSee the clip chain."

"content_text": "You make a video of six clips. Five are right. The fourth shows a heron where you wanted a duck. What do you remake?\nOnly the fourth\nOn the AI Vids timeline you change the words of clip four and press make. A clip that changed is remade; the clips that did not are kept. The video is stitched again from the clips, and you are charged for the one clip that was made again.\nWhat counts as a change\nA clip's words, its length, the picture it starts or ends on, or making it a cut. Reordering or duplicating clips changes the timeline. A remake with a new seed asks for another take of the same clip.\nThe chain consequence\nBecause each clip starts on the last frame of the one before, changing a clip changes where the next one would start. The next make makes every clip that is not in step, in order, so the chain stays continuous. That is the honest cost of a chain: a change in the middle can ripple on, and the composer shows the cost before you press.\nHow to use that\nMake a rough chain with short clips and the cheapest model first. Settle the order and the words. Then remake the clips that matter with a better model. And put cuts where you do not want the next clip to depend on the last frame, so that a change stays local.\nCredits\nThe composer shows the cost before you press make, including the clips that must be remade. A browser clip is charged when it is finished, and a server clip when the server made it, once per take.\nWhat it does not do\nIt does not decide which clip is wrong. You do. It keeps what you did not touch.\nA small example\nImagine a twelve-clip chain where you only dislike clip nine. If the chain after it is built on its last frame, clips ten to twelve may need remaking too. If you had put a cut before clip ten, they would not. Planning cuts where the scene changes is the cheapest way to keep a change local.\nSee the timeline."

"content_text": "Video from a sentence is the easiest thing to overpromise. So we start with what is true.\nWhat the Previews are\nAI Vids has two default models, Preview and Long take, and both run in your browser. They paint real video clips from your prompt and a seed, using WebCodecs to encode a file. The clip is real, repeatable and quick, and it does not show what you described. It is a painted scene that leans with your words.\nWhat they honour\nYour start and end pictures, exactly: frame 0 is your start picture, and for the Preview the last frame is your end picture. That makes them good for testing the chain, the timeline and the whole pipeline of making, stitching and saving, without a vendor and without a key.\nWhat is connected\nGoogle Veo 3.1 and Kling 2.1 are connected in code. They run on the server and work only where their keys are set, and whether either is on for the hosted app is something we say we have to confirm. A real model will show what you described, within its limits, and will cost many times more credits a second.\nHow to use the Previews\nFor animatics and mock-ups: timing, length, shot order, how the chain behaves. Replace the stand-ins with real footage or a real model's clips before anything goes out. Do not show a Preview clip as a finished result.\nWhy this matters\nIf a tool lets you believe a clip is something it is not, you stop trusting the rest of what it says. We would rather you trust the timeline, the credits and the provenance.\nProvenance\nSaving a video to Geenius OS Media keeps its story, every clip's prompt and length, the model and the settings, so a video later still says what made it.\nA fair summary\nThe Previews are real files and a real pipeline with a simulated maker. If you remember one thing, remember that: everything around the clip is built and works, and the clip itself is a stand-in until a real model is switched on.\nSee what makes the clips."

"content_text": "If you work with an AI assistant, you can ask it to start videos in AI Vids. One detail matters, and we would rather you heard it from us.\nWhat your AI can do\nThrough Geenius OS your AI gets a video tool with twelve actions. It can check which models are ready, create a draft video, make it (queue it), list and read videos, add, change and remake clips, fill a video to a length, list the pictures a clip can use, check usage and delete a video with a confirmation.\nWhat happens when it makes a video\nThe video goes into the queue and the answer includes the credits it costs. The clips are made by an open AI Vids page of the workspace: every page watches the queue and claims a video, so two tabs never make it twice. Your AI cannot make the clips on its own; it should tell you to open the app and give you the address.\nWhy a page\nThe Previews paint in a browser and need no server and no key. A real model is called by the page's run through the server, which checks the plan and the credits. Either way, a page does the work of walking through the clips in order and stitching the file.\nWhat your AI should say\nThat it queued a video, what it costs, that the default clips are simulated Previews unless a real model is ready, and which models are ready. It should not promise a result. Asking for the models first gives that answer.\nPlans\nMaking videos needs Premium or Max, whoever asks. The door is on every plan, and a Pro workspace gets the library and nothing queued.\nA note on waiting\nA queued video that nobody opens just waits. Nothing is lost: it stays queued until a page claims it, and a page that closes hands it on. If it matters that a video finishes tonight, open the app yourself.\nSee use with your AI."

"content_text": "Credits are the part of a video plan people worry about. Here is how to think about them.\nA second costs by model\nA second of video costs credits by model. The simulated Preview costs one credit a second. A real model costs many times more, and the rates are not final, which is why we do not quote them here. The composer shows the cost before anything is made, so you always see it.\nWhat that means\nPremium has 1,000 credits a month and Max has 3,000. On the Preview that is a long time: many minutes of clips. On a real model it is far less. Plan a video with that in mind and you will not be surprised.\nA way to work\nBuild the video on the Preview first. Settle the order, the lengths and the words with simulated clips, which are cheap and repeatable. Then, if a real model is switched on for you, remake only the clips that matter. The timeline remakes just the clips that changed, so you pay for those and no more.\nFailed clips\nCredits are charged when a clip is finished, and a server clip when the server made it, once per take. A clip that fails is not charged as made.\nA hard stop\nIf the month cannot pay for a make, it is refused with the way on instead of running out in the middle. Pro has no credits at all, because Pro does not make videos.\nWhat a credit is not\nIt is not a promise of quality, and it is not a price in euros. Premium and Max are monthly plans with an allowance, and credits are how the allowance is measured.\nBe honest with yourself\nToday the default makers are simulated. The cheap way to learn how a chain behaves is also the honest way to use it.\nA small example\nSuppose you plan a thirty-second video. On the Preview that is a few dozen credits at the rate we quote for it, which you can afford many times a month. On a real model the same thirty seconds may use a large part of a month's allowance, so you would draft on the Preview and spend the real model only on the clips you keep.\nSee credits."

"content_text": "Pro does not make videos. It is a decision, not an omission.\nTwo jobs\nAI Vids does two jobs. One is making videos, which is the AI feature and needs Premium or Max. The other is keeping them: videos, their clips, the pictures you start and end them on, downloads and Geenius OS Media. The second job is useful even if you never press make, so it is on every plan.\nWhat Pro is good for\nA place to keep videos and pictures that came from elsewhere. A way to bring pictures in from your Geenius OS Media library and save videos back. A searchable record of what you made on a bigger plan if you change plans. And a door for your own AI to look at your videos.\nWhat Pro is not\nIt is not a trial of making videos. If you want to make them, choose Premium or Max. We do not offer a free plan or a trial period, and a promo key from us can grant a short trial to people we invite.\nProvenance\nSaving to Media puts the story, every clip's prompt and length, the model and the settings with the video. That is part of the library too, and it works on Pro.\nCounting\nMaking videos is counted in credits: 1,000 a month on Premium and 3,000 on Max. Pro counts none because it makes none.\nA fair question\nWhy pay for a library if you cannot make videos? If you have videos or pictures already, or you work from Geenius OS Media, or your team needs one tidy place with downloads, the library alone is enough. If you want to make videos, the bigger plans are there. We would rather offer the plain choice than hide the library behind the maker.\nBe honest with yourself\nToday the default makers are simulated Previews. A library is the part of AI Vids that is fully real today.\nSee library and plans and limits."
